Shipping & Delivery Policy

In-Room Delivery:

  • We don't offer in-room delivery for dining services.
  • We offer in-room delivery for room amenities, and any other items requested during your stay. Please contact the front desk to place your order.

Package Delivery:

  • Guests wishing to have items shipped to Ram Bihari Palace should ensure that all packages are addressed to them clearly. Please include your name and reservation number on the package.
  • We will accept deliveries on behalf of our guests. However, Ram Bihari Palace is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been received.

Check-In & Check-Out:

  • For the security of your packages, we recommend scheduling deliveries to arrive during your stay at the hotel. We cannot hold packages for extended periods after check-out.

Delivery Times:

  • In-room delivery service is available during hotel operational hours. For package deliveries, please allow adequate time for processing and delivery to your room.
