We offer in-room delivery for room amenities, and any other items requested during your
stay. Please contact the front desk to place your order.
Package Delivery:
Guests wishing to have items shipped to Ram Bihari Palace should ensure that all packages are addressed to
them clearly. Please include your name and reservation number on the package.
We will accept deliveries on behalf of our guests. However, Ram Bihari Palace is not responsible for lost or
damaged packages once they have been received.
Check-In & Check-Out:
For the security of your packages, we recommend scheduling deliveries to arrive during your stay at the
hotel. We cannot hold packages for extended periods after check-out.
Delivery Times:
In-room delivery service is available during hotel operational hours. For package deliveries, please allow
adequate time for processing and delivery to your room.
